مسائكم جميل
اليوم درس خفيف لطيف , لكن سهل ممتنع , يحتاج إلى ممارسة .

عندي علامات الترقيم و هي :عبارة عن وضع العلامة الصحيحة من علامات الترقيم في المكان المناسب لإظهار الطول الدقيق للجمل ومعناها. علامات الترقيم الصحيحة ضرورية في اللغة الإنجليزية المكتوبة لتمكين القارئ من فهم ما تحاول قوله.

نستضيف كل علامة و وظيفتها و الاسم بالعربي و الانجليزي :

نقطة (فل ستوب ، بيريود ) . full stop BrE (period AmE)
= عند اكتمال فكرة الجملة اقفل بنقطة
علامة التعجب (اكسكلامنيشن ) ! exclamation mark
= عند التعبير عن المشاعر
علامة استفهام (كويسشن مارك )? question mark
غنية عن التعريف
الفاصلة (كوما), comma
=بعد انهاء فكرة الجملة و في حال وجود تعداد او فكرة اضافية
نقطتين كاولن : colon
= ما بعدها يقتضي شرح اوتفصيل لما قبلها
فاصلة منقوطة (سيمي كاولن); semi colon
= فكرة زي النقطة تنهي فكرة لكن اضيفها اذا في معلومه اضافية
هذي علامة خاصة (ابوستورفي )' apostrophe
= خاصة باللغة الانجليزية عند اختصار مثل I have لما اختصرها اضيف I've
و عند اضافة s الملكية تفريق اس الجمع ما احط معها هذه العلامة
مثلا ahmed's car سيارة احمد لكن cars بدون
علامة التنصيص (كوتيشن مارك)" " quotation marks
= اقتباس من كتاب أو نقل كلام شخص احط علامات تنصيص
شرطة (هافن)- hyphen
= الشرطة في الانجليزي و كثير لغات نضيف شرطتين قصيرة نشرح فيها معنى كلمة نشير فيها لشي معين في الجملة عشان احافظ على الطول المنطقي للجملة كأني أقول للقارئ أن ما بينها خارج النص
القوسين () (بانثسيز ) ايضا تأخذ نفس معنى الشرطه
